RETURNS
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions:
- The order still contains all associated parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
- The normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to improper handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- Immediately upon receipt the product turned out to be defective.
- We are authorized to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- A return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reasons for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First and last name of the customer
- Customer address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly outside his commercial or professional activity:
A. Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good.
Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we can only interrupt the shipping process upon delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by e-mail). The cancellation is completed once we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered to us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract and receive the goods. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund.
All returns will be shipped to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
