If you order today, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days. We ship with DHL and PostNL/BPost, and you will receive a Track&Trace code as soon as your package is on its way.

We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to address any concerns or issues quickly. Our warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a specified period of time from the date of purchase. Please note, however, that warranty terms may vary between products.

You can leave your email address on the relevant product page. You do this by clicking on the 'SIZE OUT OF STOCK?' button. when choosing SIZE. This way you will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Please refer to our return conditions on the returns page. Follow the instructions for requesting a return label and return the product according to the guidelines provided.

ORDERS & DELIVERY
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@cozy-wear.shop or click here . Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the delivery service's website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return items within 14 days of receipt , provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact our customer service to register a return and receive the return instructions.
Follow these steps to return an item:
1. Report your return to our customer service.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
3. Send the article back to the specified return address with the return label you purchased.
We do not offer a direct exchange service at this time. If you would like to receive a different item, you can return the original item and place a new order.
The costs for returns are for the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case we will reimburse the shipping costs.
You will receive a full refund of the costs of the returned item as soon as we have received it in good condition. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
